How to create an EU VAT invoice

Use BillLitz Custom mode for Germany, France, Netherlands, and other EU VAT invoices. EUR PDF, no signup.

Create invoice

  1. Open BillLitz → Custom.
  2. Set region name (e.g. Germany), currency EUR, tax label (VAT / MwSt / TVA / BTW).
  3. Create tax categories for the rates you use (standard, reduced, zero).
  4. Fill business VAT ID, client, and lines; assign categories per line.
  5. Download the PDF; keep a Backup export.
