Clients in India, the Gulf, and elsewhere often prefer invoices on WhatsApp. BillLitz builds the PDF on your device, then uses the system share sheet.
On Android / iPhone
- Create the invoice in BillLitz (pick GST/VAT market as needed).
- Tap Share (or Download PDF, then share from Files).
- Choose WhatsApp and the client chat or status as appropriate.
What gets saved
A successful share or download that issues the invoice also stores it in History on this device — so you can reprint later without rebuilding the bill.
Tips
- Save My business logo once so the PDF looks branded in chat
- Install the PWA for faster open on-site visits
- If Share is unavailable on desktop, use Download PDF and attach manually
